What file format will I receive?
You'll get your file in whichever format your embroidery machine uses — DST, PES, EMB, JEF, EXP, or VP3. Just let us know when you order, and we'll always include the editable master EMB file too.
My artwork has shading or gradients — can you still digitize it?
We can simplify it into clean, stitch-ready colors, but very complex shading or photo-realistic gradients won't translate perfectly to thread. We'll flag this before starting so there are no surprises.
What size should I choose for a cap logo?
Standard front-cap embroidery runs 2.25" to 2.5" wide. If you're not sure, just tell us it's for a cap and we'll use the standard front placement size automatically — side or lower cap placements may need a different size, so mention that too if relevant.
Do you offer revisions if the file doesn't look right?
Yes — every package includes revisions (see package details), and we'll work with you until it's correct.
