About this Gig
Turn a trained ML model into a secure, traceable delivery workflow from a Dockerized FastAPI service to AWS MLOps with evidence and drift monitoring.
BASIC Deployment-Ready ML API: FastAPI, Docker, health checks, tests, and documentation.
STANDARD Basic plus one Terraform-managed AWS ECS Fargate environment, ECR, restricted ALB, GitHub Actions OIDC CI/CD, logs, and handover documentation.
PREMIUM Standard plus versioned prediction evidence, scheduled drift reports, a read-only dashboard, alerts, acceptance scenarios, and a failure runbook.
For teams with a trained model that need repeatable deployment, verified model identity, observability, and operational evidence.
Scope: one supplied model, one repository, and one agreed environment. AWS usage charges are paid by the buyer. Model research or training, extra environments, multi-Region or production HA/SLA, formal compliance certification, automatic retraining, and ongoing managed operations require separate scope.
Drift shows distribution change; without labels, it does not prove accuracy loss.

FAQ
Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for a containerized local ML API, Standard for deployment to one AWS environment, or Premium for AWS deployment plus prediction evidence, drift monitoring, dashboard, and alerts.
What must I provide before the project starts?
Please provide the trained model or artifact, inference requirements, sample non-sensitive input, repository access, target environment details, and agreed acceptance criteria.
Are AWS usage charges included in the package price?
No. Package prices cover implementation and handover. AWS consumption, domains, certificates, and other third-party charges are paid directly by the buyer.
Does drift detection prove that model accuracy has decreased?
No. Drift identifies a change in data distribution. Accuracy or performance degradation requires reliable ground-truth labels and a separate evaluation.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers adjustments to the agreed implementation and acceptance criteria. New features, models, environments, architectures, or changed requirements require additional scope.
What is not included in these packages?
Model research or training, production HA/SLA, multi-Region architecture, formal compliance certification, automatic retraining, extra environments, and ongoing managed operations are excluded unless separately agreed.
Will you need permanent AWS access keys?
No permanent keys should be shared. I prefer temporary least-privilege access, client-controlled credentials, and GitHub OIDC to avoid long-lived AWS credentials in CI.
