I will do 3d cad design, mechanical prototype and stl files for 3d printing

About this gig
Need a mechanical prototype or custom STL file for 3D printing? I will do precise 3D CAD design to turn your invention into a manufacturing-ready physical product.
What I do:
I specialize in industrial product design and 3D modeling. I convert 2D sketches, photos, or concepts into highly accurate, 3D printable CAD models.
Many 3D models fail on 3D printers due to zero wall thickness or bad geometry. I solve this using strict Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles. I guarantee your STL and STEP files will be 100% ready for FDM, SLA, or CNC machining without factory errors.
Services Included:
- 3D CAD Design (SolidWorks & Fusion 360)
- Custom STL files for 3D printing
- Mechanical prototype engineering
- STEP / IGES files for CNC manufacturing
- Concept to 3D prototype modeling
Files Format: STEP, IGES, IGS, DWG, JPEG, PDF, PNG, SKP, OBJ, STL
Why choose me:
- Guaranteed dimensional accuracy
- 100% printer compatible files
- Fast delivery for rapid prototyping
Software: SolidWorks | Fusion 360

FAQ
What do you need from me to start the 3D CAD design?
I need a rough hand-drawn sketch with basic dimensions, a 2D technical drawing, or reference photos of a similar product. The more information you provide, the faster I can model it accurately!
Are your STL files guaranteed to 3D print without errors?
Yes! I design strictly for manufacturing. I ensure proper wall thicknesses, manifold geometry, and clearances so your custom STL file slices and prints flawlessly on any FDM or SLA resin 3D printer.
Do you provide the editable source file?
Yes, if you order the Standard or Premium package, I will include the native CAD source file (SolidWorks .SLDPRT or Fusion 360 .F3D) so you can edit the engineering design in the future.
What if I want to send the file to a CNC machine later?
No problem! Along with the STL file for 3D printing, I provide STEP and IGES files in the Standard and Premium packages, which are the industry standards for CNC machining and molding.
Can you reverse engineer a broken mechanical part?
Absolutely. If you send me clear photos of the broken plastic or metal part next to a ruler (or provide caliper measurements), I can reverse engineer it into a 3D CAD model so you can print a replacement.
Will you sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)?
Yes. If you have a patented invention or a highly confidential prototype, I am more than happy to sign an NDA before you share your sketches with me.
