We agree on the cleanup rules before work begins. I standardize formatting and flag missing or inconsistent values. Standard and Premium include column mapping to a template you provide.
Exact duplicates are removed only with your approval. Similar contacts stay separate for review. Original records and protected fields are preserved; I never guess at missing details.
You receive a cleaned file with an exceptions report and a QA summary showing what changed and how the row counts reconcile. Each package includes one revision within the agreed scope.
Message me before ordering to confirm your row count and processing permissions. Delivery follows Fiverr's order timing after complete requirements are received.
Live CRM access and imports are outside scope, as are enrichment and email verification. Please exclude sensitive medical, bank-account or government-ID data. Target import compatibility needs separate validation.

What should I send before ordering?
Send your row count and column names, the target template if you have one, and the cleanup you need. A small redacted sample helps confirm scope. Please do not send passwords or sensitive records.
How do you handle duplicates?
We agree on the exact-match rule and which record to retain. I remove only approved exact duplicates and record the removals. Similar names or uncertain matches stay separate in the exceptions report for your decision.
What does the revision cover?
One revision covers corrections to the agreed cleanup rules on the original file. A new dataset, added fields or a different target template may need a separate quote. I do not make live CRM changes or run production imports.
What permissions do you need?
You must have permission to share and process the file. We confirm permitted tools and data handling before work starts, including any AI-assisted processing. Do not send employer-owned data without authorization or sensitive medical, bank-account or government-ID records.
