The client needed a ClickUp CRM system, sales pipeline in ClickUp, and client tracking dashboard to manage leads, deals, follow-ups, and active clients. Sales data was spread across spreadsheets and emails, causing missed follow-ups and unclear deal stages. What I Built: I created a ClickUp CRM setup using Lists for Leads, Deals, Clients, and Contracts, supported by Custom Fields for deal stage, value, priority, and next action. I configured pipeline views, follow-up reminders, and ClickUp Dashboards showing open deals, expected revenue, and overdue actions. Automations were added to move deals between stages and notify the sales team. Sales follow-ups became consistent, deal tracking improved, and managers could review pipeline status without manual reports.

I created a ClickUp CRM setup for Leads, Deals, Clients, and Contracts, connected them. I configured pipeline to show deal stage, added follow-up reminders, and built client profiles. The sales dashboard displayed deal value, contract status, and upcoming follow-ups. Using make Automation for updating deal stages and alerting the team when contracts were signed or overdue.
