How fast can you look at it?
Order the diagnostic and I will have the cause identified within 24 hours in most cases. If it is more complex than that, I will tell you rather than sit on it.
Do I have to buy the diagnostic first?
For anything I have not seen, yes. Quoting a fix blind either overcharges you or leaves me doing unpaid work. The diagnostic keeps it honest both ways.
What if the fix turns out to be bigger than one workflow?
I tell you in the report, with a price, before any work starts. No surprise invoices.
Someone else built this and left. Can you still work on it?
Yes, that is most of what I do. I do not need the original developer, just access.
Can you rebuild it properly instead of patching it?
Yes, but that is a rebuild, not a fix. I will price it separately and tell you honestly which one you actually need.
