Will my website go down while you work?
No. I apply changes carefully and keep a working SSH session open the whole time, so you do not get locked out. Any restart is short and agreed with you first.
Can you help if my server was already hacked?
Yes. I check for signs of compromise, close the hole and harden the server. If it is badly compromised, I will recommend a clean rebuild and can quote the migration.
What access do you need?
Temporary SSH access with sudo rights, and your cloud or hosting panel only if firewall rules live there. You can remove my access after delivery.
