What exactly is an "approval gate," and why does it matter?
An approval gate means the AI drafts a response but does NOT send it automatically, it waits in a queue for your review and one-click approval first. This keeps you in control and prevents embarrassing or incorrect AI-generated replies from going out unchecked.
Can the AI agent fully auto-send emails without my review?
By default, I build with approval gates in place for safety. If you specifically want fully autonomous sending for certain low-risk categories (e.g., auto-replies to common FAQs), I can configure that. Just mention it in your order requirements.
