What file formats do you work with?
I work with Excel (.xlsx, .xls), Google Sheets and CSV files. If you have another format, message me before ordering and I will check if I can handle it.
Will you change my original file?
No. I always work on a copy, so your original file stays untouched. You get the cleaned file plus a short summary of the changes.
My file has more rows than your package limit. What should I do?
Message me with a sample and the approximate number of rows. I will recommend the right package or prepare a custom offer.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. I use your data only to complete your order, and I do not share it with anyone. If you prefer, you can remove or anonymize sensitive columns before sending the file.
How do I tell you what "clean" means for my data?
Send me your file and a short note, for example the date format you want, which columns matter, and any rules to follow. If you are not sure, I will suggest sensible defaults and confirm with you before starting.
