About me
Hello!! My name is Simona, I'm originally from Italy, but I lived in the US for 12 years. I'm now back in Italy :-) Yes, I move around. I started to practice yoga and meditation when I was 9 years old, when yoga wasn't, yet, such a huge business. Yoga need me to find the art of sacred dancing and sacred embodiment. I now use the art of dancing and conscious movement together with QiGong and Yoga to help trauma survivors to reconnect to their power, and feel happy again.
