Will my existing products, orders and customers be kept?
Yes. I work on a private staging copy of your store, so your products, orders and customer data stay untouched on the live site. I only apply the changes once you approve.
Will my store go offline during the redesign?
No. Your live store keeps running while I work on the staging copy. Going live usually takes a short window, and I’ll schedule it with you at a quiet time.
What does the audit include?
I review your design, mobile layout, page speed, product pages, checkout flow and basic on-page SEO, then send you a short list of fixes and which package fits. If your site needs more than the package covers, I’ll tell you before you order.
What do you need from me to start?
Your store URL, a staff admin account that you create and control, your logo and brand colors (if any), and examples of sites you like. A recent backup is helpful, and I’ll take one too.
Will you change my payment gateway?
Only if you ask. Basic doesn’t touch checkout. Standard and above can clean up the checkout flow with the gateway you already have. Processor approval is between you and the processor.
Will the redesign make my store FDA compliant?
I improve the website’s design, structure and speed, and check that age verification and research-use notices are in place. Regulatory compliance depends on your products and claims, so please have a qualified professional review your content and legal pages.
Can you migrate my store to a new host or platform?
Yes, as a paid extra from [20$]. Message me your current setup for an accurate quote.
How many pages and products are included?
Each package lists its limits (Basic 2 pages and 5 products, Standard 5 and 20, Premium 10 and 40). I can add more through the gig extras or a custom offer.
Can you promise more sales or higher rankings?
No honest developer can. I improve design, speed, trust elements and structure, which are the things within my control, but results depend on your traffic, products and pricing.
What happens after delivery?
Basic includes 7 days of support, Standard 14 and Premium 30. Support covers fixes to my work, not new features or product changes.
