Matilda generated a very good piece of art, and I am appreciative of the final product. The delivery date was pushed back a week after no communication since the order was first made. There was no communication after the extension either. I did not get to see any WIPs or anything to verify if there was any issues.

Stunning work! Provided a highly detailed image of my character from just a few screenshots and vague details in a good amount of time while keeping in contact. Highly recommend them for anyone after a picture of their character, be they from FFXIV or elsewhere.
