I will build an excel inventory tracker for your small business
Mathenge SK
About this gig
Is your stock kept in notebooks or a messy spreadsheet? I'll build a clean Excel or Google Sheets tracker that shows what you have, what's running low, and where stock is going.
What you get:
- Stock in/out log with dropdowns to prevent typing errors
- Automatic stock balances and low-stock alerts
- A simple summary page you can read at a glance
- A short guide so your team can use it without me
Send me your item list and how you currently track stock, and I'll tailor the sheet to your business.

I help small manufacturers, distributors and growing businesses get control of their stock and production with clear Excel and Google Sheets systems. With a BSc in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management, KISM membership and hands-on experience in procurement, warehouse and factory production, I build inventory trackers, WIP dashboards and material-usage reports, and fix spreadsheets with broken formulas. I've used SAP and SAGE. I document everything, communicate clearly, and deliver on time. Message me with your problem and a sample of your data.
