   1. We broadcast your pre-recorded voice file to the customers in USA / Canada. 

   2.Customers will receive calls from genuine Caller ID and a voice file will be played with an option with customers to press relevant DTMF (e.g. Press 1 to avail this offer or Press 2 for DNC). 

   3.All Press 1 clients will be transferred to your live sales reps to close sales.
