No. I create a full backup before touching anything, and I work on a staging copy whenever possible. Your live site stays running until the new version is ready and approved by you. If anything ever goes wrong, I can roll back in minutes.
What platforms do you work with?

Do I need to give you my passwords?

That's what revisions are for. Basic includes 2 revisions, Standard 3, Premium unlimited. I'll keep adjusting until you're happy. And because I back up your site first, we can always undo anything.
