Managed the planning, implementation, and delivery of Trial Interactive products and solution offerings. Established a strong working relationship with customers (current and prospective) to define new implementation service needs and wants. Participated in sales efforts from a technical services perspective, including but not limited to attending bid defenses, KOM, retrospectives, and demonstrations as a subject matter technical and process expert. Completed all other tasks deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.
