Manage IT infrastructure and network operations for the university. Deployed and run a Wazuh SIEM server for security monitoring, with a Suricata IDS sensor feeding network alerts into it. Built traffic and security dashboards, handle alert triage and incident response, and support students and staff with IT issues. Also worked with Splunk and Cisco ASA firewalls.
