I will clean and consolidate your invoice spreadsheets

Turn a small batch of invoice spreadsheets into one organised XLSX workbook.

I combine up to 100 data rows from up to 2 XLSX or CSV files and 2 source sheets total. Each sheet must use the same 5 fields: invoice date, invoice number, vendor, amount and currency. Up to 2 currencies; no currency conversion.

You receive a consolidated table with source references, monthly totals by currency, and a review list for uncertain dates, missing values and repeated invoice numbers. I preserve all rows and invoice IDs, including leading zeros. Repeated IDs are flagged, not automatically deleted. Row counts and totals are reconciled against the sources.

Please message me 10 anonymised sample rows before ordering to confirm the format. The gallery shows a 16-row synthetic sample, not client work.

Includes 3-day delivery and 1 revision for processing errors or one clarified date/duplicate rule on the original batch. New files or changed scope are extra.

This is one-time spreadsheet cleanup. PDF/image extraction, bookkeeping and a reusable import application are outside this package.
