Need to understand why a custom plugin or API connection is failing before committing to a larger repair? We will review one defined code path or integration issue and explain a sensible next step.
This package includes up to one hour reviewing the relevant PHP code, supplied logs and official API documentation. We will compare the expected behaviour with the available evidence and provide written findings. When access is available, we can perform a safe, limited test in a suitable test environment.
Our work includes custom WordPress plugins, Amazon and bol.com marketplace connections, scheduled imports, price updates and accounting integrations. We do not claim experience with every provider.
This is a focused assessment, not a complete integration, security audit or guaranteed repair. Production bulk updates and real financial writes are excluded. Any implementation or wider rollout is scoped separately through Fiverr. One revision covers clarification or correction of the findings.

Does this package guarantee that the issue will be fixed?
It guarantees the defined investigation and written findings. Some issues require more code changes, access or testing than one hour allows. We will explain any further work and agree a separate scope first.
Can you work on the live website?
We prefer a suitable test copy for changes that could affect visitors or orders. The initial review can use read-only information where possible. No production bulk updates or real financial transactions are included.
What does the included revision cover?
One clarification or correction to the delivered findings within the original scope. A different issue, additional feature or wider investigation needs a separate agreement.
