Can you fix checkout or payment gateway problems?
Yes. Checkout errors, cart not updating, orders not completing, and Stripe, PayPal or Telr configuration and test-mode issues are the core of this gig.
What if the cause isn't obvious?
I isolate it step by step: error logs, plugin and theme conflict testing on staging, and a look at any custom code. If it turns out to be bigger than the package you ordered, I tell you before continuing, not after.
What counts as one issue?
One specific problem, for example one checkout error, one gateway failing, or one plugin conflict. If you are not sure, send the details and I will tell you which package fits before you order.
What access do you need?
WordPress admin access is usually enough. Hosting, cPanel or FTP access is only needed for critical errors or server-side problems. Share access through the order requirements only, and change the password after delivery.
Can you work on a staging site?
Yes, and I prefer it. If your host has no staging option, I take a full backup before changing anything on the live store.
Do you work with Elementor and WooCommerce together?
Yes. Elementor and WooCommerce Builder template problems, broken product or checkout layouts, and conflicts between Elementor add-ons and WooCommerce plugins are all within scope.
What if the problem is caused by hosting or server configuration?
I identify it and tell you exactly what to ask your host for (PHP version, memory limits, caching, server rules). Server administration itself is outside this gig.
What should I send with the order?
The store URL, what exactly happens (a screenshot or short screen recording helps), when it started, and any recent plugin, theme or WooCommerce updates.
Do you offer maintenance after the fix?
Yes, as a custom offer after a completed order: updates, backups and small fixes on a monthly basis.
What if you can't fix it?
If I cannot identify and fix the issue within the package, I say so and we cancel the order through Fiverr rather than deliver a workaround.
