STANDARD - Workspace + Fin: Basic plus up to 3 team inboxes, 3 workflows, 2 ticket types, routing, SLAs and Help Center structure.
PREMIUM - Advanced automation: Standard plus 1 Fin Procedure, 1 data connector to an existing documented API, CSAT and 1 reporting dashboard.
All packages include a written scope, setup notes, a 30-minute walkthrough and 7 days of fixes within scope.
Intercom subscription, Fin usage and third-party fees are not included. Features depend on your plan. Data migration, custom API development and article writing are quoted separately. No guaranteed AI resolution rate.

Do I need an Intercom account before ordering?
Yes. You need an Intercom plan and admin access for me. If you are still choosing a plan, message me and I will help you pick one that fits your team.
Can you set up Fin AI Agent?
Yes, in every package. All three include Fin with Guidance, handover rules and testing before go-live. Premium adds Fin Procedures and a Data connector. Fin usage itself is billed by Intercom.
Can you move our data from another helpdesk?
Yes, as a separate migration: tickets, conversations, contacts, companies and articles from Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout and others. Message me with your rough record counts for a quote.
What happens after delivery?
You receive setup notes, a 30-minute team walkthrough and 7 days of fixes for issues within the agreed scope. New workflows, integrations, content writing and ongoing management are quoted separately.
