Sole engineer on a live, high-volume payments platform. 1,250+ merged pull requests in three months, shipping to production daily. What I built and run: pay-by-plate checkout on Stripe (payment intents, subscriptions, refunds, payouts, Connect), an operator console with role-based access and live reporting, and an autonomous AI support agent that answers real customers on phone, SMS, and email. Infrastructure on Cloudflare Workers and Google Cloud Run, with CI/CD, monitoring, and alerting wired in. I joined to build revenue operations and ended up building the product. That mix is the point: I translate a business outcome into a working system without a spec-writing phase.
