FAQ
Do I need a Google Play Developer account to use your service?
Yes. Google requires a one-time account registration fee of $25 paid directly to Google — this is completely separate from my service fee. You only pay this once and it lets you publish unlimited apps. I can guide you step by step through creating your account if you do not have one yet.
What is the difference between closed testing and going live?
Closed testing means only people you specifically invite by their Gmail address can download and test your app. Nobody else can see it. Going live means your app is visible and downloadable by anyone in the world through the Google Play Store.
How long does Google take to review and approve an app?
Google typically reviews apps within 1 to 3 business days for most submissions, but this can sometimes take longer depending on the app type and Google's current review queue. My delivery time includes creating and submitting everything correctly.
What is ASO and why does my app need it?
ASO stands for App Store Optimization. It means strategically choosing your app title, keywords, description, and category so that your app appears when people search for apps like yours on the Play Store. Without ASO, your app can be completely invisible even after going live.
What happens if my app gets rejected by Google?
I will review the rejection reason carefully and fix whatever Google flagged, then resubmit at no extra charge within your included revision limit. I make sure everything follows Google Play's current policies before the first submission to reduce the risk of rejection significantly.
Do I need to share my Google Play Console login with you?
You have two options. You can share your login credentials with me directly, or you can add me as an authorized user inside your Google Play Console — which is the safer and recommended option. I will tell you exactly how to do this. You stay in full control of your account at all times.
What format should my app file be in?
Google Play accepts either an APK file or an AAB (Android App Bundle) file. AAB is now the preferred format by Google and is recommended if possible. If you are not sure which one you have, share it with me and I will check.
Do you generate Full App for me?
Of course, in my premium package i generate the full app, then close testing, then apply for production. It means that you only have to access me the google play console account then from app to live i manage the whole things and at the end your app is live on google play console
Can you provide me the only testing features with real testers 20 or 12?
Yes, in my basic package I entertain you with close testing with real testers and 100% gurantee to pass close testing.
