Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please message me first with your feature list, preferred language, branding, integrations, and hosting needs. I will confirm the correct package, price, and delivery time before you order.
What counts as a command or system?
A command is one bot command or action. A system is a larger feature such as tickets, moderation, leveling, applications, giveaways, logging, suggestions, polls, or anti-spam. Complex features may count as multiple items.
Will the bot be customized for my server?
Yes. Every bot is tailored to your server, permissions, terminology, branding, colors, messages, commands, and requested features. I do not deliver an unchanged generic template.
Do you need access to my Discord server?
Usually, yes. Temporary access helps me configure and test the bot correctly. A limited developer role is normally enough. I never need your Discord password, and my access can be removed after delivery.
Do I need to provide a bot token or Client ID?
The bot should be created on your own Discord account. I can guide you through the setup. Your Client ID can be shared, but the bot token must remain private and will never be hardcoded or published.
