I will map and document your business process with clear flowcharts
Business Analyst, Requirements, Process Maps, UAT and Wireframes
About this Gig
If the only complete version of your process lives in one person's head, you don't have a process. You have a risk.
I map how work actually happens - not the tidy version in the policy document, the real one with the workarounds, the delegation when someone travels, and the step everyone skips. Eight years doing this for enterprise and public sector clients.
WHAT YOU GET
- A current-state-map, including the exception paths nobody writes down
- A redesigned to-be map where you want one
- Clear swimlanes - who does what, and when
- A written SOP on the top package
- The editable source file, on every package
HOW IT WORKS
- Walk me through the process, however messy
- I map it and flag the gaps and duplications I find
- You get the diagrams, then revisions until they're right
WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE
Anyone can draw boxes. The value is in the questions - where does this stall, who actually approves it, what happens when the answer is no. That's what I spend my time on, and it's why clients find steps they didn't know existed.
Message me first if you have more than five processes, and I'll send a custom offer.

FAQ
What format do the diagrams come in?
PDF and PNG for sharing, plus an editable source file so your team can update the map later without coming back to me. Tell me if you need a specific format: Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart or Figma and I will match it.
Do I need to know BPMN?
No, I'll use standard BPMN notation if that's useful to you, or plain flowcharts if your audience is non-technical. Say who will read it and I'll pick the notation that suits them.
How do you map a process you've never seen?
By asking. One walkthrough conversation plus any documents you have is usually enough for a first draft, and the first draft is what surfaces the gaps. Revisions exist for exactly this reason.
What counts as one process?
One end-to-end flow with a clear start and finish — an approval, an onboarding, a monthly close. If you're not sure whether yours is one or three, message me and I'll tell you before you order.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send it before you order and I'll sign it. Process documentation almost always touches things that shouldn't leave the company.
