About this gig

You will get clear, actionable UX/UI research that helps you understand exactly why users struggle with your product and what to fix. I combine a self-taught UX practice (user interviews, usability testing, Figma) with a real-world background in customer-facing roles, where I learned to listen carefully and spot friction points fast. I care about delivering honest, practical insights not just a generic report so you know exactly what to change and why.
