Running a WordPress site is a small job that becomes a large one the week something breaks. Updates conflict, backups turn out to be missing, and a plugin you never think about takes the site down on a Friday.

Every plan includes:
- WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, tested not blind
- Automated backups stored off-site
- Security and malware monitoring
- Uptime monitoring with alerts
- Monthly performance check
- Content edits included in your hours
- Email support with a one hour average response
Higher plans add daily backups, more edit hours, priority support, speed tuning, and membership and WooCommerce support.
Updates are applied on staging first where the risk warrants it, which is the difference between maintenance and simply pressing update.
Especially useful if you run a membership, LMS or subscription site, where a failed update can stop payments without any obvious symptom.

Is the price monthly or one-off?
Monthly. Each plan covers 30 days of care.
What counts as a content edit?
Text and image changes, new pages, banners, plugin settings, blog posts, small CSS adjustments, adding products. Not included: custom development, new plugins built from scratch, graphic design, or building a new site.
What if my site goes down?
Uptime monitoring alerts me, often before you notice. Restoring from backup is included in every plan.
Do you manage membership and LMS sites?
Yes, and this is where maintenance matters most. A failed plugin update on a membership site can stop renewals silently while everything else looks fine. Covered in Premium.
Can you manage more than one site?
Yes. Message me with how many and I will send a custom offer.
What do you need from me?
Admin access to WordPress, ideally with my own login, and hosting access. That is it.
