Do I need to contact you before making an order?
Absolutely. Your specific needs are important to me and may differ from the offerings in my 3 packages. Let's discuss them before you purchase my Gig, so I can ensure your complete satisfaction.
Where are you located?
I'm currently located in New Plymouth, New Zealand. Once we discuss project requirements, I'll give you my shipping address.
I am not based in the New Zealand, Is this a problem?
Not a problem at all. I've collaborated with numerous international clients in the past. As long as you can ship your product(s) to me, we can work together seamlessly!
Will you return the products after the photoshoot is completed?
To have your products returned, please enclose a pre-paid return shipping label when shipping them to me. I'll maintain the original packaging and return the products as received. Products will be held for 30 days after completion unless you instruct me otherwise.
Why is my custom quote more / less expensive than the gig pricing?
Photography prices vary based on the product and photo requirements. I determine quotes based on the project's time requirements. For example, a single non-reflective item is less expensive than a set of 9 reflective metal objects, a clear glass product, or a large item that requires assembly.
