What happens if I’m not satisfied with the design?
Our goal is mutual satisfaction. If you're unsatisfied, we offer options like another concept, a partial refund, or applying funds to a new project. Full refunds apply if we miss deadlines, fail to meet gig terms, or if cancellations or package changes occur before delivery.
