Something in your AWS environment is broken and you have already lost a day or two to it.
I am a cloud architect with 20 years in IT and over a decade on AWS, working in banking, fintech, and healthcare where downtime is not an option. Diagnosing infrastructure problems is what I do.
WHAT I FIX
Networking. VPC routing, subnets, security groups, NACLs, VPN tunnels, load balancers, Route 53 and DNS resolution, connectivity that works from one place but not another.
Access and identity. IAM policies and roles, permissions that are too tight to work or too loose to be safe.
Deployments that fail. Instances unreachable after a change, containers that will not start, pipeline and Terraform errors.
HOW I WORK
You describe the problem and share logs, config, or access. I find the actual cause instead of guessing, fix it, and explain in plain language what was wrong and how to keep it from happening again.
If it turns out to be a five-minute change you can make yourself, I will tell you that.

FAQ
Do you need full admin access to my AWS account?
No. For diagnosis I can usually work from logs, configuration exports, and screenshots. If a fix requires changes, a read-only IAM role plus a screen share works well, and you stay in control of every change. I will never ask for root account credentials or your console password.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a few hours. Message me before ordering and I will tell you honestly when I can begin rather than accepting the order and leaving you waiting.
What if you cannot fix it?
If it is outside what I can solve, I will tell you before you order. If that only becomes clear once we are underway, I will cancel and you get a full refund. I would rather lose the order than deliver something that does not work.
Do you work with Azure, GCP, or other platforms?
This gig is AWS only. I also work in Azure, so message me if that is what you need and I will let you know whether I can help.
Which package should I choose?
