I worked with my one Machine Operator and took care of a machine together. One of the days we got a full team, we broke a record that had been set 5-6 years prior. There isn't too much that's memorable.

I worked with a lot of customers and building up their farm lands, I may not been too knowledgeable, but I would go home that night and look into what they were talking about. I loved my team and how we took care of one another. There aren't any memorable achievements.

When working with the team, I was able to learn plenty of communicational skills and plenty of management skills. We brought the overall Health and Safety score from 91 up to 97 by the time I left. And living the way I used to live was a long drawn out experience, which I made harder for myself, but here we are.
