Do I need my own Zapier and Salesforce accounts?
Yes — automations are built inside your own accounts so you keep full ownership. I'll need admin-level access to both to set up and test everything properly.
What Zapier plan do I need?
Salesforce is a Premium app on Zapier, so you'll typically need the Team plan or higher. Multi-step Zaps and Paths in larger packages may require an even higher tier.
What counts as "one automation"?
One Zap (trigger + its action(s)) counts as one automation, no matter how many steps are inside it. A trigger with three chained actions is still just one Zap.
Do you handle ongoing maintenance if a Zap breaks later?
Not by default — this gig covers building and testing at delivery. Ongoing monitoring or fixes after that can be arranged as a separate service.
What if I need more automations than my package includes?
No problem — message me and I'll quote additional automations at a per-Zap rate beyond what your package covers.
