About this Gig
After a migration or years of imports, the same account exists in your database three times: one clean, one with an old address, one mangled by a bad export. Somebody has to decide which version you keep. That is the work I do, record by record.
You get:
- one correct version per record (Excel / CSV)
- damaged values delivered exactly as they arrived - I never edit your data
- a review queue for what the data cannot settle, each entry categorized with the reason
Every decision is made against rules you write about what wins in your business, and the rule that decided it comes back next to the choice.
I do not report an accuracy percentage on your data. There is no honest way to compute one before the work is done. Instead: pick 30 rows at random and check them yourself. That number is real, it is yours, and it tells you whether the full job is worth doing.

How is this different from dedup or merge tools?
Merge tools pick a survivor by timestamp, completeness or source. This service reads the values against rules written for your data - and refuses with a reason when no rule settles it. You get every decision with its why, not a bulk merge.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. A contact list is personal data and I treat it that way: your file never leaves my machine, is never uploaded to any cloud service, and is deleted after you confirm delivery.
Does my data go into an AI model?
The judgment step uses a large language model. It only ever picks a row or refuses to - it never writes into your values. Your file is not used to train anything and is deleted after delivery. Send only the columns the rules need, if you prefer.
What do you need from me?
The file and the name of the column that says two rows are the same record. You do not need merge rules written down - I send you a default set and you correct what is wrong for your business.
Will you merge the records inside my CRM?
No. I never log into your system. You get a file and a decision log, and the import stays your call. That matters because merges are hard to undo - HubSpot has no unmerge.
Can you guarantee an accuracy percentage?
Not on data I haven't seen. Start with the sample: check 30 rows yourself and you'll have a real number before you spend more.
