Find product data problems with a clear, record-by-record audit.
I check one UTF-8 CSV against agreed rules: up to 100 product records, 10 columns and 1 MB. Variants count as records; up to six fields are audited.
Checks include duplicate SKUs, missing required values, price and stock formats, category membership against your approved list, and URL syntax. URLs are not visited.
You receive an exceptions CSV, a duplicate-group CSV and a readable summary with source-record references and next steps. Automated local checks are reviewed before delivery.
This is an audit: your original stays unchanged. Corrections, store access, uploads and platform import certification are excluded.
Please message before ordering to agree on mappings, required fields, SKU comparison, numeric conventions and category rules. Send product data only, with no credentials or customer/payment information.
Includes one consolidated report revision for the original file and agreed rules. New files or rules need a separate scope.

Will you fix my CSV or guarantee a successful import?
This service identifies issues and explains next steps. It does not edit your source file, access your store, perform imports or certify platform acceptance. Category checks use the approved list you supply; URL checks cover syntax only.
What file format and rules do you need?
One UTF-8 CSV: up to 100 records, 10 columns and 1 MB. Use unique nonblank headers and equal field counts. Provide mappings, required fields, numeric conventions and approved categories. Default SKUs are case-sensitive and preserve leading zeros. No embedded record line breaks or blank records.
