Can the chatbot use my own data/documents to answer questions?
Yes! that's what the Standard and Premium packages are built for. I use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with Pinecone so the chatbot answers from your actual content, not generic responses.
Which AI model do you use GPT or Claude?
I can build with either OpenAI's GPT, Anthropic's Claude or your Preferred Model , depending on your preference and use case. If you're not sure which fits best, message me and I'll recommend one.
