In this project, I served as the Facebook Marketing Manager for a growing e-commerce business. The primary objective was to move beyond simple "Post Boosting" and build a data-driven sales machine that consistently generated a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Managing a business in a competitive niche required a mix of creative storytelling, precise technical setup, and aggressive scaling strategies. My Strategic Implementation: 1. Technical Foundation & Tracking: Success in e-commerce starts with data. I began by setting up the Facebook Pixel and Conversion API to track customer journeys accurately. This allowed me to monitor events like 'Add to Cart', 'Initiate Checkout', and 'Purchase' with precision, providing the necessary data for the Facebook algorithm to find high-intent buyers. 2. Audience Research & Segmentation: I conducted deep competitor analysis and audience research to identify the ideal customer profile. I developed a multi-layered targeting strategy: Broad & Interest-Based: To capture new customers at the top of the funnel. Lookalike Audiences (LLAs): Created 1%, 3%, and 5% LLAs from past purchasers to find people with similar buying patterns. 3. High-Converting Sales Funnel: implemented a 3-stage funnel to ensure no lead was wasted: TOFU (Awareness): Engaging video ads and carousels to introduce the brand. MOFU (Consideration): Retargeting engagers with social proof and testimonials. BOFU (Conversion): Aggressive retargeting using Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) and limited-time offers for cart abandoners, which drastically increased the conversion rate. 4. Creative & Copywriting Excellence: I collaborated on/directed the ad creatives, focusing on "scroll-stopping" visuals. I wrote persuasive, benefit-driven ad copies that addressed customer pain points and highlighted the brand's unique value proposition (USP), resulting in a significantly higher Click-Through Rate (CTR)
