🚨 Hi, I'm Angie — founder of Small Biz SOS and a fellow small business owner who genuinely LOVES doing the behind-the-scenes work that most business owners dread. I didn't learn this stuff from a textbook. I live it every day. Right now I actively manage HR, licensing, safety compliance, insurance, and bonds for a remodel company — completely remotely. I handle admin and document management for a massage therapist. And I co-own and operate Two Girls Gift Shop. Three completely different businesses. Three different sets of needs. I handle all of it. My background is rooted in retail and trade industries — painting, plumbing, handyman services, remodeling, construction, and small retail shops. I understand the real challenges these businesses face because I've been in the trenches with them. 💼 WHAT I HELP WITH: ✅ HR Policies & Employee Handbooks ✅ Bookkeeping & QuickBooks Setup ✅ Payroll Support & Tax Prep ✅ Business Licensing & Compliance ✅ Invoicing & Billing ✅ Admin & Document Management ✅ Shopify, Square & Social Media Setup ✅ Safety Plans, Bonds & Insurance Documentation 🇺🇸 WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: • I work exclusively with US-based companies • English-only communication — clear and professional always • Flexible hours to fit your schedule • I am an independent contractor — you pay ZERO payroll taxes, benefits, or overhead • I'm not a corporate firm — I'm a real small business owner who understands YOUR world • Affordable rates that actually make sense for a small business budget • I already do this for multiple real businesses right now — you're not getting someone learning on the job Whether you're a solo tradesperson trying to get organized, a growing retail shop that needs HR structure, or a small business owner who just needs someone to handle the paperwork pile — I've got you. First consultation is always FREE. Let's talk! 💬 Big Help. Small Price. Every Time. 🚨
