Data entry task formed a challenge for this freelancer. Initial motivation was good but the learning curve was steep. His focus and efficiency degraded and got lost during the trial period. There was a lot of time placed in the daily time sheets without the expected work to be completed. Low average work in comparison to other data entry guys.
