I am a professional researcher, writer, and operations leader with more than 30 years of experience in management, customer service, research, and administrative support. My background combines extensive retail leadership experience with advanced academic training in public history, genealogy, and library and information science.
I hold a Master of Arts in History from Southern New Hampshire University and am currently completing my Master of Library and Information Science degree at Wayne State University. I also work as a Research Genealogy Contractor.
