What do you need for an actual quote?
Let me know the total number of accounts (Bank, credit card, merchants, PayPal..) and the total number of transactions or provide your statements.
How far back do I need my booking to be accurate?
For US taxes the IRS, if audited, they will look back as far as 3 years. This can vary per location. However, you might want your books balanced and corrected since the very start which could be 10+ years back, that's optional. As long as you have statements the books can be balanced.
Are detailed bills/purchase orders and invoices/sales included these quotes?
No, for detailed bills/purchase orders and invoices/sales I will need further info. Like, do you provide services or sell products? Do you need inventory tracking or just want to know which products sell?
