Which TikTok Shop regions do you support?
It depends on whether Shopify’s TikTok integration or a supported connector is available for your seller region. Tell me your region and I confirm it before you order, so you never pay for a setup that cannot run.
What exactly syncs between Shopify and TikTok Shop?
Products, stock levels, orders and tracking numbers. Some fields sync one way only, depending on the app. I explain which fields flow in which direction and prove it with a live test order before handover.
Can you fix a sync that is already broken?
Yes. I check SKU and variant mismatches, rejected listings, location settings and app rules, then fix what I can. If the cause is a limit in TikTok or your app, I say so plainly and suggest the closest workaround.
Can you guarantee category or product approval?
No. Approval is TikTok’s decision. I fix listing data that commonly triggers rejections, such as titles, images, attributes and categories, and tell you what is still needed. I never promise an approval.
Do I need a paid app, and is it included?
