I will tell you what to eat for each meal.....(based on your preferences)

I will provide you with a weekly grocery list for your upcoming meals

I will provide you with the recipe for each meal....(you will learn to cook too)

You will get feedback, encouragement and motivation from me....(those silly apps cant do that)
