About me
I'm Smrit Jain, a law graduate (BBA LL.B. Hons., Christ University, Delhi-NCR) with hands-on experience across real estate law, contract drafting, and litigation support. I bring a dual perspective to legal work — one grounded in courtroom procedure, and the other in real-world commercial and property transactions.
For the past few years, I've worked as a Legal Executive with a real estate firm in Meerut, managing property transactions end-to-end. This included drafting and reviewing sale deeds, lease deeds, rent agreements, and agreements to sell.
