I will turn the quotes you provide into a clear, editable Excel comparison for one purchase requirement or freight lane. My background includes supply-chain roles at Kuehne+Nagel and Damco, covering tender analysis, freight costing, negotiations and warehouse operations.
You receive:

Basic: up to 3 quotes, 10 cost lines per quote.
Standard: up to 5 quotes, 20 cost lines each, plus delivery and payment-term comparison.

Every package includes one revision within the original scope. Quotes must cover the same requirement and use one agreed currency.

Do you find or contact suppliers?
This Gig compares quotations you already have. Supplier sourcing, outreach, negotiations, freight bookings and purchases are not included. Please send your existing quotes and comparison requirements.
What counts as one quote and one cost line?
One quote is one supplier or carrier offer for the same purchase requirement or freight lane. A cost line is a separate charge, such as item cost, freight or handling. Package limits apply to each quote.
Which files and currencies can I send?
Send readable Excel, CSV or PDF quotations, quantities and delivery requirements. The comparison uses one agreed currency. If conversion is needed, provide the exchange rates and date to use; assumptions will be labelled.
What is included in the revision?
One revision covers corrections or changes within the agreed quotes, requirements and scope. New quotes, extra cost lines or a different purchase requirement may need an additional order or custom offer.
Will you simply recommend the cheapest quote?
I compare costs against your supplied requirements. The lowest total may not meet your delivery or other criteria. Premium includes scoring based on criteria we agree in advance and a short decision summary.
