Yes. I always work on a copy, so your original file is never changed. You get the cleaned version back, and I can note the main changes I made if you ask.
What file types can I send you?
I work with .xlsx, .xls and .csv files. If your data is in a PDF, message me first and I’ll check whether it can be converted to Excel.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. I never share your data with anyone, and I only use it to complete your order.
Do I need to tell you exactly what to fix?
Not necessarily. You can list the problems you see, or just send the file and tell me what it’s used for. I’ll check it and fix the issues I find.
Can you remove duplicates without deleting important data?
Yes. I check which columns define a duplicate first (for example name and email, not just name). Where it’s unclear, I can highlight the duplicates instead of deleting them, so you can review them.
