FAQ
What do I need to get started?
You’ll need to provide your data (Excel, CSV, database access, etc.), a description of the metrics or KPIs you want to track, and any design or branding preferences you may have.
Can you work with multiple data sources?
Yes! In Standard and Premium packages, I integrate multiple data sources including Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, and more.
Do you offer custom DAX measures and calculated columns?
Absolutely. I write custom DAX formulas to support KPIs, time intelligence, conditional logic, and more — especially in Standard and Premium packages.
Can you match the dashboard to my brand/theme?
Yes, I can design your dashboard using your company’s color scheme, logos, and layout guidelines for a professional, branded look.
Will I be able to update the dashboard myself later?
Yes. I structure reports so they’re easy to refresh with new data. I also offer post-delivery support and optional video walkthroughs if needed.
What if I don’t know exactly what I need?
No problem! Send me a message with your data or goals, and I’ll guide you to the right solution and suggest the best package.
Do you provide ongoing support or maintenance?
Ongoing support isn’t included by default, but I do offer it as a custom extra. You can message me to discuss monthly updates or training sessions.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes, all packages come with revisions. I’ll work with you to ensure the final dashboard meets your expectations.
