About this gig
Hi, I'm Dinos and I lead a small team of WordPress experts & Web Designers. We specialize in modern results-driven informational WordPress websites. Now based in Greece and previously in Miami (5 years) and London before that (14 years).
From SAP, TEDx, the Chicago Bulls and the Chicago Thanksgiving Parade to startups and artists, we treat all projects as if they were our own.
With this gig, you can expect a Custom website design, with the following:

Our process is made up of two phases:
Phase 1: First Draft of the site, made up of the homepage. We then use as a basis for review before proceeding to phase 2.
Phase 2: Content Delivery (All Pages). Once everything is uploaded, a series of four feedback iterations leads us to the final deliverable.

What do you need to get started?
We require all text/copy content for the website upfront, as well as logo original files (photoshop or illustrator).
What is your process?
We look at your content, your competitors and the industry in general. We then build up the first version and send you the link. From that point onwards we begin an iterative feedback based process until everyone is happy with the end result.
How many revisions do you normally offer?
On our projects we offer 4 major revisions (feedback cycles). This is to create some structure to the project. Of course if there are some minor changes and cosmetic revisions or text/image replacement change requests we don't consider as feedback revisions. We try to be as flexible as we can.
What is your milestone structure?
We work on a two phase approach. The first phase focuses on the looknfeel and the second on content of the site. At the end of the first phase we submit our first milestone (50%), which acts as a green light for us to go ahead with the remaining of the project. Second milestone is sent on delivery.
Do we need to have a Zoom call on each step?
No. A zoom call can be requested on any step but is not necessary. We provide status updates on each step and in most cases it's better to have your response in writing so as to be able to cross-reference any changes.
