Who pays for the AI usage (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)?
You do, through your own API account, so you keep full control of the bot and its costs. I'll help you create the key, set a spending limit, and estimate the monthly cost for your expected traffic before we start.
Where will the bot run?
On your own server or a low-cost VPS. I package it with Docker and give you step-by-step setup instructions. In the Premium package I deploy it for you.
Can the bot answer questions from my own documents?
Yes, in the Standard and Premium packages. Send me your PDFs, Word files, FAQ pages or a website link, and the bot will answer from that content instead of making things up.
Do I get the source code?
Yes. Every package includes the full Python source code with comments and a README, so you or another developer can change the bot later.
Can you add features to a bot I already have?
Yes, if it's written in Python, C# or C++. Send me the code or a repo link and describe what you want changed, and I'll tell you which package fits before you order.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. If something I delivered doesn't work as agreed, I fix it for free: 7 days after delivery for Basic and Standard, 14 days for Premium. New features after that are a separate order.
