About this gig

Someone fills out your Squarespace form. You hear nothing. Did the message arriveor did your website miss it?

I help business owners diagnose contact forms not sending emails, missing form submissions, broken notification alerts, and form storage connection issues.

My approach is straightforward: inspect the affected form, trace its recipient and storage settings, fix issues within the selected package, and run a real test submission. For eligible Premium orders, I can also troubleshoot one supported integration.

Pick your level of support:

  • $20 Inbox Rescue 1 form and 1 simple issue.
  • $50 Lead Flow Repair up to 2 forms and 2 issues.
  • $90 Form System Recovery up to 4 forms and 4 issues, plus 1 supported integration.

I keep you informed about findings and limitations. I don't promise to retrieve entries that were never stored or override third-party email filtering.

Send me the affected page URL, what happens when you submit the form, and where messages should go. I'll recommend the appropriate scope before work begins.

Hi, I’m Sopia. I’ve spent years working with Squarespace, and designing websites is still one of my favorite things to do. I love sitting down with a business idea and shaping it into a polished site that feels personal, works smoothly, and gives visitors a clear next step. I’ve built over 50 websites, including online stores, portfolios, blogs, and booking sites. I can help with a new build, redesign, branding, mobile layout, booking integration, and SEO setup. I’m now bringing that experience to Fiverr. Tell me what you want your website to achieve, and I’ll help you build it with care.
