What do I need to provide for you to start working?
Please provide a clear sketch, PDF, image, or description of your floor plan or design. Dimensions (even approximate) are very helpful. If you don't have dimensions, let me know – I can work from a scaled image or a basic room layout.
Can I use these drawings for construction or permits?
No. These drawings are for conceptual design, visualization, and client presentations only. You must have a licensed local architect or engineer review and stamp any drawings before construction or permit submission. I do not provide structural engineering, code compliance certification
Do you offer unlimited revisions?
I include 1 free revision per order. Additional revisions are $5 per round (or as agreed before starting). I want you to be happy with the result, so major changes will be discussed upfront.
